4. Third-party data you upload

When you upload data about your clients, leads, owners, tenants or residents, you are responsible for that data toward them and Caribe Nexus processes it as a processor, on your behalf and following your instructions.

You are responsible for having the privacy notice and the consent or legal basis required to process that data and to use features such as sending messages.

5. Who we share your data with

Some of these providers are outside Mexico. Our main servers are located in the United States (Virginia). By using Caribe Nexus you accept these transfers, which are necessary to provide the service.

We may also share data when required by a competent authority.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request to info@caribenexus.com with: your name, a way to reply to you, a copy of your ID and a clear description of your request. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
