Terms of Service

Caribe Nexus is provided by BlockHive LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) organized in Wyoming, USA, located at 5830 E 2nd St Ste 8, Casper, WY 82609, EE. UU.. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Caribe Nexus is a subscription software platform for brokers, agents, agencies, condominium administrators and owners. It includes tools to publish and manage properties, manage clients and leads, administer condominiums and promote your properties.

Some features are in beta and may change, contain errors or be discontinued.

• You must be of legal age and give us accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens from your account, including the activity of people you invite to your agency.
• Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

• When you sign up you may get a 30-day free trial. When it ends, you need a paid plan to keep using the platform.
• Current plans and prices are published on the site. Charges are recurring and processed through Stripe. Prices may not include taxes.
• Some modules, such as the Condominiums module for brokers, may be charged separately from your main plan.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation applies at the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds: periods already started are not refunded; if there is a duplicate or erroneous charge, write to us within 7 days and we will correct it.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. If you disagree, you can cancel before they apply.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.

You agree not to:

• Publish false or misleading properties or information, or information you have no right to publish.
• Send mass unsolicited messages (spam) or harass other people.
• Violate third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks and privacy.
• Try to access accounts or data that are not yours, breach security or extract data in an automated way without permission.
• Use the platform for illegal activities or to impersonate someone else.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including real estate advertising and personal data protection laws.

The content and data you upload remain yours. You give us a limited license to store, process and display them only to operate the service for you. You represent that you have the necessary rights over that content, including photos and third-party data. You can ask us to delete your information when you cancel, as described in the Privacy Notice.

Group Poster lets you schedule and send posts to WhatsApp groups from your own linked WhatsApp account.

• Caribe Nexus is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
• The connection uses your number's session and your authorization. You accept that WhatsApp may limit or suspend numbers that, in its judgment, break its rules.
• Use it in moderation and only in groups where you have the right to post. Mass or repetitive sending increases the risk of your number being restricted.
• The service may apply sending limits depending on your plan.
• We do not guarantee delivery of every message and we are not responsible for restrictions or blocks on your WhatsApp account.

The platform integrates with third-party services, for example Meta, Google, Stripe and real estate portals. Their use is subject to each provider's terms. We may modify or remove an integration if the provider changes its conditions.

Some features generate text with artificial intelligence, such as descriptions, posts and assistant replies. The output may contain errors. Review it before publishing or sending it. It is not legal, tax or financial advice.

The Condominiums module helps keep administrative control of a community: units, fees, expenses, reports and announcements. The administrator is responsible toward owners and residents for the information, the charges and the community's decisions. Caribe Nexus reports are a support tool and do not replace the accounting or advice of a professional.

Caribe Nexus is not a financial institution and does not hold the money from fees.

The software, design, the Caribe Nexus brand and the platform materials belong to BlockHive LLC or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the platform while you have an active account.

We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We may perform maintenance, improvements or changes to features. The service is provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caribe Nexus will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost leads, lost business opportunities or lost data, or for restrictions applied by third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

You agree to hold BlockHive LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from the content you publish, your use of the platform or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the platform or other users at risk, or has overdue payments. You can cancel your account at any time.

These terms are governed by: the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence.

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page and, if the change is important, let you know by email or inside the platform. If you keep using Caribe Nexus after the change, you accept it. Last updated: October 5, 2026.
